Tell us about your experience leading a change in your library and/or in your community.
I brought together over thirty institutions including public libraries, colleges, and non-profits to host a virtual panel discussion of Rising Out of Hatred by Eli Saslow after the murder of George Floyd. Our all black panel of higher education professionals gave our mostly white audience some understanding of what it means to be black in America. https://fb.me/e/1Oc5POvvV

What is your mentoring philosophy & style?
My style is to help guide people to the best answer. I won’t give them the correct answer, but I will work with them to explore their options.
